Glad to hear it. :) As I said, higher res to lower res works better at this point than the opposite, and the closer the two source meshes are to being matched, the better the results.
The problem with mouth geometries is a frustration. I'm thinking about adding some controls using groups from materials zones and/or a normals check which will only correlate verts if the normals agree with on another within a tolerable range. Assuming I can figure out how. :)
Can you post anything showing the result with the teeth/mouth? For now, you might use Ockham's inclusion/disclusion morph scripts to remove the bad areas from your morphs. Hopefully I'll get this to the point where it can handle such things... or maybe someone brighter than I will take over the script idea when I peak out (yes, I keep dropping hints...). :)
