There are a few detailed areas that (without some specific morphs) will be difficult to get rid of. As you mentione, the upper lip is one of those. The overall shape of the eyes and the (huge) ledge on the lower eyelid and the shape of the lids in general are another. A bit more subtle is the overall shape of the head/face, but that's easier to deal with in the face room than the others.
I hadn't bought any of the face morph packs available for Sydney yet, so I can't comment on how well they address those specific areas. I've seen several claims of "She can be whatever you want her to be" (and similar), but... well, that kinda goes without saying - IF you had the necessary morphs in place, you could make her look like a giraf or an alien, so the question becomes what can you do with her out of the box and what morph packs are available for her (and what morphs are included in the morph packs).
Out of the box, she IS compatible with the Face Room, so that's a definate plus, but to address those 'traits' details mentioned above, you'll have to use some morphs not included out of the box. To be fair, you can't exactly do a lot with V4 without morph packs either.
