V4 is new, there isn't much out there for her and people are looking for products for her.

There is a huge demand and not much competition and the merchants are trying to make money while they can before there is an influx of items and a huge amount of competition. People want stuff for their new toy and they are willing to pay the price for them, so the merchants can pretty much charge what they want because they know it will sell.
