How easy is this program to use for someone who isn't a modeller, has little experience (or patience) for such things, and could never get the Tailor to work adequately? :)   That is, is particularly newbie-friendly, or does it require some expertise?  I gather there are good tutorials, but will it take a significant amount of time to get up to speed?
