Subject: V3 or SP3 to A3 magnets?

ookami ( ) posted Tue, 02 January 2007 at 9:06 AM · edited Sun, 01 December 2024 at 8:41 AM

Is there a magnet package that fits V3 or SP3 clothes to A3?  I thought I remember seeing on in the store, but I can't find it now.

Thanks!

Not sure about a magnet package, but I've seen quite a few people talking about clothes converters for this purpose.  PhilC's wardrobe wizard seems to be very highly recommended in this regard, though I don't have a copy personally (I rarely if ever use A3 or SP3 and haven't really found much of a need for such a converter) I can tell you that everything I've seen put out by PhilC is first rate stuff, particularly anything to do with morphs or conversions.

Hope that helps!

I use the Wardrobe Wizard and I love it!  It will generally convert just about anything from one Mil3 character to another.  You do need to do some adjustments, of course, but normally a little inflate/deflate and smooth will take care of the problems.  Just read the help files and definitely take a look at the video tuts if you purchase the program.  Phil has even updated it to run in P7 and has added V4 support.

V3 to A3 magnets by insomniaworks -> http://poserpros.daz3d.com/store/viewitem.php?selitem=7101
He also has a V3 to SP set both here and at PoserPros.

If your very sure your only going to be converting between a limited set of figures, then the magent sets will be cheaper, otherwise Wardrobe Wizard is better cost wise, has an easier workflow, and comes with a whole bunch of utilites that are useful on their own.
