There's no magic button to autotranslate clothes. if there was, people would just make "cloth templates" and have the program fit them automagically to the figures.

So yes, you'll have to do some work to fit it, but there isn't that much. It takes me about 15 minutes to convert an item, but I'm slow. I'm sure it can be done quicker.
