Am not 'bitching'... simply stating a fact. It might not be very nice, but it is appropriate.

EF are asking for prospective employees with a  'talent for rendering & lighting with the Poser application'.

Wouldn't it be more appropriate to fix P7 first so that people have the opportunity to do their best?

Would you advetise for someone to paint your house, then give them watered down paint and brushes with loose bristles, and expect a 'stunning' result?
