Once you get P Booost II set up, enjoy! You may want to hunt up the freebie version of Correct Reference, or spring for the Pro version. What that one does is scan the entire runtime, and find all the incorrect pathnames, paths with syntax errors, and gives you the list to correct (it can fix things itself, but I wouldn't recommend it, as once it makes an error, it is a pain to dig back out). This really cuts down on the time Poser searches for some resources, and makes things work much easier with external apps like Vue, that depend on accurate pathnames to find resources.
