*If I understand correctly (and if it worked perfectly),  using your old/current script, you'd end up with a "Sydney that looks like V3 with pointy ears".

*This is where Ockham's normalization routine cones in.  The deltas are adjusted by both the source and the target.

I've typed up my project notes into (probably laughably incorrect) outline form.  See the attached.  Maybe it can help clarify a few ideas.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
