So far, everything you have done is wrong and everything you have done so far can, or already may have caused serious damage to your camera.

I am afraid to even tell you where the sensor is located.....

With everything you have already done....the slight bit of "fuzz" appearing on your viewfinder screen should be the least of your worries.

Sorry....but my suggestion to you is to have the camera looked at by the professionals at Canon......then when you get it back.....please, please never remove the lens!
