I think Jepe, whose store you can find here and at 3D Commune makes the best textures for the Mil 3 figures.  They are very realistic and come with many options.  They can also be used on M3, David or the Freak.   One of my favorite's are the Paul and German set, you can have a body that's completely smooth or completely hairy.
