Actually, I think V4's stock breast morphs are very well done, especially the "large" ones.  

They did omit any "small" ones, though.  You can run the dials backward, of course,  fot often that will cause poke-through on conforming clothing (because a loose fit becomes a tight fit when you go the other way.)

So I did give SuperStar Vickie a small breast morph, as you can almost see.
