The Aliens APC is NOT real. APC's like shown in the photo above are. The design under debate here is purely fictional.
You have more chance of seeing a Fairy at the end of your garden, then of seeing the army using a 'real' Aliens APC :)

So yes. it's fair of spacedragon to raise the issue on this model. If you used this commerically, even without knowing the design is someone elses, you could be in trouble.
As for the 'other' debate - if something looks bad don't buy it, complaining about it doesn't make you any friends.
