I can't speak for ALL hair pieces, but Kozaburo's hair can always be translated and scaled to suit. The only thing to remember, is that some Kozaburo hair is a Figure with a Cr2 file, and some a hair prop with a Hr2 file. If it'sw a figure, then click on the hair, and chose 'Body' (sometimes there's also a 'Chest' body part thatalso has translate dials just as the 'Hip does with the Human figures), and then translate as necessary. If it's a Hair prop, then there should be translate dials on the parameters window just below the scale dials.
