As has been pointed out several times, people in the position to examine the model and compare it to the Aliens vehicle have been satisfied that it is different enough to not infringe.

The problem with the OP, and why he gets slammed, is that he (or she) runs through forums and screams about violations without knowing what's going on. He hits numerous sites with his unsupported accusations and then runs off ... you'll notice he hasn't been around in a while ... until the next time. This is not the first and will not be the last time that the OP set himself up as the IP Police.

He does this each time instead of contacting the brokering site with his suspicions. I suspect that it's not about the IP for him, it's just a stupid cry for attention. Sadly he doesn't seem to get it that when he pulls something like this he doesn't come out of it the hero but more like the butt of a joke.
