Actually the porn industry is probably a little leery of both formats at the moment. Think about it; the only real brag for either HD or blu-ray is increased resolution. Remember the change from film to VHS? The actors in the films tended to look a lot 'nicer' in the alltogether due to the film's blurring of the skin's natural blemishes. Videotape was a lot less forgiving. The new formats will be even less forgiving. On a VHS you might perceive a perfectly shaved vulva on a starlet. Move to DVD and you have more detail, and things aren't quite as fantasy smooth as they were. Up the pixel resolution yet again, and you are getting into the area of being able to perceive stubble, blocked pores, slight razor burn, etc. The bad side is that there will be a lot of porn created that you really don't -want- to watch. The upside is it could very well force better production values on those who want to survive.
