**gillbrooks** is correct there is a reflection of someone taking the picture..it was taken in a gallery of the tiger picture.

ICM, was correct in the aspect it is a 2d painting.

The painting was done by air brush by a Australian artist by the name of Sue Osborn, if you are interested in looking at some of her other work click on the link provided.
