The demo converts between the Poser 4 and Poser 5 adult figures. That link is to where you can download the free Poser 5 figures if you do not have them.

I'm never going to be able to support every figure ever made but certainly all the main ones are supported along with a number of the less well used ones. I expect to be adding yet another figure in the next couple of days.
