sweetpegster - SL refers to an online space called second life. It's sort of a chat room universe on Poser steroids. :-) - I think that purchasive is a bit unfair. People don't think photographers are any less creative for not having built and stained every piece of furniture in their photos from scratch. I see Poser as a way extended version of photography for total control freaks. It IS creative if you get very deep into it in that you can just go with everything in the default but your art lacks warmth and depth until you get in there and start getting creative with how and where the lights are placed, how things are positioned and posed, how well your image tells a story, and 1001 other things. To date I have purchased most of the items in my images. I have a bunch that I have "tweaked" from a purchased item, using Wardrobe Wizard for example. I consider my works to be creative - because for me the creative component isn't in the object building so much as in what I do with them. So, am I fooling myself? Must I have created every single object and texture myself before my work is "creative" or is the art of the creativity in what comes after the virtual items exist????
