I just noticed something, I guess I can be a little slow, 
"We will not be going backward with this new policy as there are too many images in the gallery to be able to get this accomplished but going forward we will be enforcing this new policy"
So there will exist a dual system. Some nude Thumbnails will exist for some images but this will not be allowed for other similar images.
