1. Load poser

2. load the model.

3. export as .OBJ (see screenshot)

4. Load Vue.

5. Import the model. 

Notes: I'm using P4 on this PC here here so your export screen will look different.
You may need to tweak the materials in Vue.

No offence is intended here. Everyones trying to help. 
The issue is like you say these are very complex programmes. 

Just because a programme has the ability to import another programmes filetype it doesn't always mean it will work properly. For example with Vue just upgrading the programme to a different build can give different results on an import.

One of the joys of this hobby is learning to tweak :)
