That hotsex.exe sounds like an international dialer. It gets in your system and when you click on it can change your internet dialup to an international number or it just dials it or puts a link on your desktop and start menu. Basically, even tho you didn't want it to, you have to pay the phone bills. It is not easy to work with a foreign country on phone bill issues. I work at an ISP and see this happen a lot.
