Okay, sorry to say, it's $99 per year for membership - but it's almost unlimited tutorials online, online help, resources, discounts for events (usually workshops and training - VERY useful!) and even equipment/software/hardware/whatever at said events.

If you're serious about PS, than this is a huge resource. good luck and most of all - have fun with it! Tiari and Keenart are right - just open images and play - get to know what the tool and functions do, THEN dive into tutorials and you'll be better at following them.
