As a side note, I'd really like to see some closure with the Oct/Nov challenge. Having the thread erased doesn't seem too cool to me. Anyhow, thats my 3 cents.
As far as prizes and such, I'm more concerned with getting it running in a more timely fashion than the "how do we attract more people". What's that famous movie line? Build the field and they will come? I dunno something along those lines.
