It is stated in the new thumbnail guidelines that you can no longer rely on the auto thumb generator if your image contains nudity {the generator just makes a thumb of the full image}

If you do not want to crop out the nudity and make your own thumbnail, you can copy/save the 'advisory content' image that the generator uses, and use that as your thumbnail..but you must upload that, not the auto generator.

Image sizes for thumbs are as follows:

Minimum 100x 100 and Maximum 200 x 200 15 KB or less
