Well, its not that much more work, its a learning and educating process right now..but we are trying to get to them as soon as we can..we send out the notice as soon as the image goes into the holding area, so hopefully images wont be held for too long...

And Im usually online when nobody else is LOL {Im a night owl} so everyone feel free to email me if you need any help getting a replacement thumb up ;)
