The product is of very bad quality and doesn't even comes near the way that it's presented...
Therefore it's unusuable to me... Most of the items appear as solid black items with no color on them... I have send an e-mail to the vendor toclaim a refund, but to make sure to keep my claim valid as stated in your FAQ about the 30-day period i wanted to bring this under your attention since i haven't received any answer from the vendor yet...  Thank you for considering this matter and for keeping me informed on developments regarding this transaction...

Hi GVDV, I'm sorry your experiencing problems with a product.

Which product are you having problems with?

When you say they are coming out as solid black - That sounds to me like a problem with render settings or lighting and not a product issue.
What program are you using thats causing this problem?

We test all products prior to being released into the MarketPlace - so it should function fine.

Let me know and I will be more than happy to assist.

Hi GVDV

Sorry that you're disappointed with my product, and apologies for not replying sooner - I'm only online about once a week (dial-up issues, etc).

The *last * thing I want to have associated with my name is the word "misleading", and this is the first time in my life that anyone has been less than thrilled with the quality of my work.

So I'll make a set of DAZ-specific presets for you if you'll allow me a few days.

My fault for adding DAZ|Studio to the product requirement list. Sorry, since acquiring Poser I've forgotten about the extra effort needed to make it useful in DAZ.

Side-note to Clint: I've tried to remove it but that field doesn't seem to be editable? Can you please remove it for me? For  the time being, I've added this notice to all my products:

ps: DAZ|Studio users, please note that you'll have to tweak settings manually on the "Surfaces" tab to achieve a similar look - the shiny effects you see here were done in Poser 5, and the renders rely on displacement and transparency maps.

GVDV, I think DAZ is an excellent entry level program, but chances are that you'll be pleasantly surprised at the improved appearance of some other products too, when you see them rendered in Poser instead of DAZ - I know I was.  Because my stuff is very shiny, the difference will be more noticable though.

Please forgive me for the oversight?

Trienie.

Hi Trienie, maube i was a bit bold in my expression but it was an expression of "the moment" and that moment i was very very dissapointed...15 $ is 15 $ to me and we all have to work hard for the money...So please forget my rudeness in my posting and i hope i can enjoy your product in the near future... Thank you for taking action to my request...

Hi GVDV

I quite understand - apart from the financial considerations, it's natural to be angry when you're all excited to play with your new toys and find out they're "broken".

Thank you for pointing out the error of my ways. I should have tested in DAZ before announcing that you can you can use it with both Poser and DAZ. In my eagerness to get my shop stocked up I omitted a vital step but I've learnt my lesson now.

I've been working non-stop and have the DAZ package ready for you (see screenshots below). At this point I think we need Clint's help again:

------> Hi Clint
Thanks for updating A Hundred Happy Hearts.
Could you please do the same for Fifty Nifty Frames and Drape-n-Shape Tinsel and Trimmings before we run into similar problems there? I'd really appreciate it.

How do we go about getting the DAZ version to GVDV (and possibly other DAZ users, since I've put in the effort to create it)? I thought I could just upload it alongside the main package, but the "edit" link gives me this message: "Product file upload has been disabled for this product." Is it possible to provide it as an optional extra for buyers, and if so, what should I do next?

GVDV, are the attached screenshots (rendered in DAZ) enough to melt your heart to soften up that product review a little? Please, I shudder to think just how expensive this lesson might become for me... If you want to wait until you've actually tested the DAZ version I'll understand, though.

Thanks,
Trienie

Hi Trienie,  have checked your link and indeed my heart was meling away...If i can have those outlooks i will be very very very satisfied... I can't apologize enough for pointing the error out in a rathercrude way, especially since you have reworked the product for DAZ-users i so a short times notice...I do hope that a lot of DAZ users will buy it now too..I for sure will do everyhting within my effort to make positive publicity whenever i post an image including one of your creations...Hope this will make then for the damage done...
I would appreciate it if you have found a way to send me the updated product for DAZ and letting me know what to do to get it...

Thanks again for the swift service !!!

I am quite thrilled with the results I have gotten from this product but I am using Poser. I hope that if you are satisfied with the results you obtain from using the new D/S version that Clint will let you update your review :) Happy ZZZZZZZs Trienie!

...I try to take it one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once...
