I seem to be having a similar problem.
I uploaded an image last night at about 8pm, (UK time). About an hour later I received a message saying there was nudity in the thumb, (there wasn't but I uploaded a new one anyway which was just a picture of her face.) At about 9.30pm I received an email saying this was OK and my image would be uploaded. That was 14hours ago and still nothing has happened.
If or when the image is eventually allowed will it be uploaded as if it's a new image so people will be able to view it or will it be buried.? If that is the case I may as well just delete it and upload again with the new thumb or at least I would if I could get at it to delete it.
