First you have to have XP SP2, then you have to download a few files, I will get my list....and then post it.  There is a file that also has to be added so that the desktop acts like the mac...let me dig it all out for you.  You can download Rocket Dock http://www.punksoftware.com/rocketdock  for your icons now though, but the rest I have to go get.
