No pills in the stomach doesn't really mean anything except that any drug she might have taken were dissolved/digested before death.  Sort of depends on the drug, and, as you mentioned, the way it was taken.

Supposedly her partner flushed some stuff down the toilet at the time of the 911 call about her son, Daniel.  I haven't heard anything about him doing it at the time of her 911 call.

It will be interesting to see how the blood tests pan out ....
