Oh, you're gonna love that one.  Check zbrush central for some of the tutes on photorealistic skin in zb.  It does so many things I can't begin to tell you.  Wonderful, wonderful, app.  You can easily make your own models with zspheres.  You can do displacement maps to add tons of details to your posers.  I'm a lw user, and have had zb since ver 1.23....but, 2.0 does ALOT.
