Woot and whoof.  We have smoothing.  It took me longer than anticipated to get all the pieces together like I wanted them, but it looks like I've finally ironed out the bugs.  So this adds smoothing, as well as exclusion boxes for the main octree comparison runs and both selection and exclusion boxes for smoothing.

Now I move on to the handling of neighbor body parts, as we discussed.  Do you have any preferred methods in mind for this, Spanki?  My only thought is to keep the datafile format the same through the process.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
