Since I don't use dynamics, DAZ Studio user here, I would just use a d-Former magnet to pull the bottom down to accommodate the bum area!! 
I noticed that the "canvas" is riding up her bum a bit and canvas is just not going to do that, it's a thicker material with allot less bend than say... silk!! :lol:
