This adds a third smoothing type, which should be equivalent to the Wings 3d Tighten function (if I'm reading the Erlang code correctly).  Some other changes are made, all internal, in preparation for handling the namespace complications which will be part of eventually splitting the script into modular components.

Now I'm really going to move on to the neighbor body parts.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
