The product description says:

The update requires a Poser 7 serial number. 

There is no place for me to choose passport member.  When I try to put it in the cart I am asked to enter a P7 serial.    In case I wasn't clear this is the product I'm not able to get.

destro75, yes it is nice to know I'm not alone :)  But let's hope we both get this resloved, it's the first time a serial is being rejected in my case.   Was I supposed to have registered P7 with E-frontier?  Because I haven't yet.
