Er, I just fully read what you posted above.  I still have issues with the idea of combining the datafiles.  The "other_actors" flag seems like a decent idea, however.  But how much of this are we considering automating?  Multi-actor morph loading?  Multi-actor comparisons?  Hmm.  I'll have to think about this before making any changes.  I don't think any of this should be particularly difficult to make work.  The trouble is one of organizing it most effectively.

And, ah, in the meantime, here's an update with some refinements and corrections to the smoothing functions, and more namespace fixes.

Does anyone out there read Erlang code?
