On the source/target thing.. yeah, that's the logical way to think about it, but the data itself is target-relative (flip_weights() flips things around to source-relative after reading it in to make the transfer easier). I think I set up the header and actors records to be source/target as well, so it might be confusing to change the naming at this point, unless you change them all around.
