In fact, I think I'd just leave them as-is. As long as the order used for folder names and the order used for the header and actor records are the same, that's fine. People are more likely to think in terms of source/destination than the other way around (as proven by both me and you already :) ).
So, the only change needed is to either use internal actor names, or add underscores (or some other non-space character).
