After you clothify and run the cloth simulation on your poser figure, you need to save (export) the article of clothing as a separate obj file.  Or, export the character wearing the article as a separate obj.

So, decide which frame you want to use, and just select either the clothing item or the figure wearing the clothing item, and save as obj.

If you want to save a pz3 file, you will need to save the clothing article as an obj, and then delete your original clothing item and import the new obj back into the scene and save that as the pz3 file.

The thing is, the pz3 saves the poses, but not the mesh deformations that the cloth room applies to the clothified mesh.  The only way to do that is to save the deformed mesh as a new obj and then either use that obj file in Vue OR bring the obj file back into Poser and save that as the pz3.

Could be worse, could be raining.
