What version of Vue do you use?
Vue 5 and 6 Infinite allow you to specify what frame of the animation you want to import. If you choose the last frame of the animation the cloth will have the correct shape.
For other versions of Vue you'll probably need the Mover plugin (which is not free).
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
