There is both a phone number and an email form to be found at the e frontier site (Curious Labs no longer exists technically).
Here's the long and short of it. Goto www.e-frontier.com and download the latest service release for Poser 5. This'll fix your problem. Also, I may suggest taking a moment and reviewing the Poser knowledge base at e frontier, as there may be other issues you may run into that you can resolve without needing to ask.
