Yep, that is very likely because Poser ran out of memory when setting up the render. Note that even with a very large amount of memory, Poser 7 can still blow up and die, but if you have even 2GB you will probably have a lot better luck when trying to render. If you can afford it, 4GB would be ideal - Poser 7 will be allowed to take 3GB of RAM, because it is a 32-bit application, and render speeds will be fastest and stability will be highest.
