well the program install itself in the C:Program Files (x86)Curious Labs  
but as you said it has both options in 64 bits..so I asumed that even being instaled into tha directory insatead of:C:Program Files     will not make difference because the WinXPPro64 bits has indentified as a 32 bits program RIGHT?

Mobo also has the latest from Asus officail site.
Now you tell me that I have to insatl and re-instal several times? Could that be right?
I'm new into the 64 bits world and I do appreciated to know for SURE that I have to do that.
