This is exactly how it happened with the final prerelease final. this tells me they did not fix as they said they would even after confirming there was a resourse problem.From techs own reply back to me. QUOTE: Hi William,

Attached is the tech ticket so you can read with your own eyes. Why say one thing and do another and not fix the problem is beyond my way of thinking. :(
