There used to be an Arnold morph at Turbo Squid. Not sure if it`s still there.

As for the P4 morphs.. I know there is a sight that has lots of look-a-likes on it and I believe they are for the P4 male.  Someone posted it in a thread sometime ago and it was a completely new site to me. However, I dont recall the name of it and I cant find it readily by searching for it either.
