The Xurge outfit can be used with just the base figure no morphs needed.

However, if you want to buy or download any number of the free character addons for M3 and V3 then you have to have the head and body morphs for each of the figures.  You can buy them together in a combo pack for cheaper than you can buy them separately for each figure.

If  you buy or have a free character addon but no morphs installed, then all you will be able to do is use the textures from the character addon packages, not the morph injections.  The "morphs" that are in character addon packages are injections, not the actual "morph" files. These injections rely on the morph files from the Daz morph packages in order to work.
