Ok, I'm really new to texture understanding and I don't have a clue what this means...do you mean you can take a skin texture that V3 uses and convert it to a male and then put it on Apollo? That seems kinda weird and cool at the same time.
Also...why would you want to do that? Wouldn't it keep the fem features and make Apollo look like a drag queen?
Sorry for my feeble attempt at humor, I'm not try to be difficult, just truely trying to understand how UTC is used.
Well, this isn't UTC, but it should work in a similiar way. And basically, since V3 has the largest amount of textures, and that the other Unimesh characters can share textures, if you make the template to convert V3, then the other textures (for M3/D3, L/L, etc), can be used.
So, no, you don't have to use V3's MATs, just a unimesh, which are all based off of her mapping.
