For the record, as a site maintainer of full head P4F morphs, Ghise's are so good I've had to put out a contract on him. Debbie in particular makes me look like an amateur; if Ghise did that nose with no outside modelers I'll have to go back to Remedial Poser 101. Anyhoo, to answer your question about Fem Face Pack 46: The Eyefold morph covers the inner corner part but not the rest. The Eyefold2 morph is cleaner but only affects the left eye. I could swear I have found a better one but I can't find it again. Let me keep looking...
