regarding the boob cups, what they use in movies is called "contact cement" or double-sided tape. not very nice to use, but it lasts at least a coupla scenes. in addition, one might move the spikes to the other end of the shoulder pads, so that: 1. she doesn't jab herself in the cheeks 2. when she throws an "elbow shot", the spikes would hit the guy under the chin.
