i made some cheese myself over christmas, it was yummy!  I got the recipe from a Romany (gypsie) cook book my dad got me for x-mas...very easy to make and you dont need much in terms of non-normal kitchen stuff/ingredients. I'm just waiting for the local butchers to get some rabbit or hare in so i can try one of the traditional romany stews :)

But sorry, i didnt take a shot of my cheese... maybe next time.
